What makes your shilajit different?

How do I take shilajit resin?

Use the included spoon to measure 250–500 mg once daily. Dissolve it in warm water, tea, or coffee and take it as part of your morning routine. If you’re new to shilajit, start at 250 mg for 3–7 days, then increase if desired.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently offer UK delivery only and do not ship internationally.
